St. Louis Cardinals | MLB Hoodie

This is nowhere near the quality of major-league baseball merchandise. This company sold me a hoodie with a very cheap iron-on decal similar to a MLB logo (probably unlicensed) that will easily peel after a couple of washings. When I requested a refund, they initially asked for a photograph which I sent them. They claimed that there was nothing wrong with the hoodie and that their policies did not permit anThey claimed that there was nothing wrong with the hoodie and that their policies did not permit a refund. After I vociferously complained to them they offered a 40% refund and offered to let me keep the hoodie. However, I declined that offer and requested a 100% refund and return of the hoodie which I had no interest in keeping. Finally, they said I had to send the hoodie back to Vietnam. Vietnam?! The delivery confirmation seems to claim the correspondence. is from Boulder, Colorado. This is an inferior product, it almost certainly in fringes upon major-league baseball copyrights, looks nowhere near any sort of gear that you would buy with a major league logo at a at quality store, and appears to be run out of Vietnam. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.
